Mimi: Goldberger
I would be happy to hear from anyone who knew of or was related to Morris Goldberger of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, USA, originally from Hungary, probably in or near Olaszliszka. He had a large family, many daughters and one son. One daughter was married to a man named Edward Bolson. Many of the children died in the big flu epidemic, including Mr. and Mrs. Bolson. Morris Goldberger had a smelting business in Ft. Wayne. The Bolson children went to family (perhaps Bolson family) in Chicago, Illinois after their parents and aunt died.

Mimi: Blass
I would be happy to hear from anyone who knew or is related to the Blass family of Youngstown, Ohio, originally from Hungary. The father's name was Ignatz and he was a melamed. The mother's name was Kati. It was a 2nd marriage for each (widow/widower) and so there were three sets of children. I can supply names if anyone thinks there may be a connection.

Kim: Re: Goldberger
I too have been researching a Morris (Moritz) Goldberger, b. abt 1836 in Hungary, emigrated 1887 and lived in Youngstown, OH most of his life and was married to Eva F. He had 3 children that I know of (and maybe more I haven't found yet). The three children I've found were Fannie, Joseph & Edward. I don't believe this is your same Morris, but would like know more about your Morris to help me reduce my research...I have not been able to figure out what part of Hungary he came from. Any help/elimination greatly appreciated.

esajudita: John & Bella Goldberger
Hi - I have been trying to find information on John and Bella Goldberger, who moved from Hungary (possibly Zabar) to New York City around 1903. I believe that Bella's maiden name was Freund and she did quite a bit of bringing Hungarian relatives to New York - her cousin Roza, daughter of Leopold and from Kalocsa, and her nephew Andor, son of Heinrich and Gisella, from Soroksor.

If anyone recognizes this, please please please contact me. I've been trying to put pieces together for more than a year with little success.
