Hi Jason,

My name is Crystal Gyiraszin. I am not familiar with George Gyiraszin. My grandfathers name was Alexander Gyiraszin. Where are you from?

I am a Girasin by birth. Although I do not know any other people with that surmane outside my family, I do know many people did not come to the U.S, through Ellis Island in N.Y. My grandparents, Andrew and Veronika Girasin, came through Canada and into the U.S. through the Port of Chicago about 1925. The returned after 3 yrs in the "old country." You might try that.
