Carlos: Looking my roots

I'm living in Paraguay, my greatgandfather was the first Jakisic right here (in Paraguay), his name was Nicola Jakisic, he came from Split-Croatia in 1800 something.

We lost contact with people in Croatia and we want to be in touch again.

The town of Split is listing JAKIC',JAKUS,JAKIR but no JAKISIC.
Radovan JAKISIC that passed thru Ellis Island to America has that he is Montenegrian. You might want to take a look at the manifest.
