I'm trying to locate any of my relatives in Hungary or the U.S.
My grandfather Vendel Jenei was born in Kis Jeno, Hungary on October 2, 1882. His parents were Vendel & Anna(Molnar)Jenei. They had 4 children. Vendel(my grandfather), Miklos, Apolonia & Terizia. Vendel Sr. died in Hungary on September 7, 1902 and Anna(Molnar)Jenei died in Hungary on February 11, 1916. My grandfather came to the U.S. in 1903.
The towns listed on his papers include Kis Jeno, Somlojeno, and Kis Jenobe.
Can anyone tell me:
1. Are these towns one and the same or neighboring towns?
2. Are there any Jenei's listed in telephone directory in these towns?
3. Are there any cemetaries in these towns, if so name of cemetary and address?
4. Anyone out there think they could be related and how?
5. I do know that Vendel Jenei was baptised in the Roman Catholic church by Udvardy, Ferenc plebanos, if this helps.
