My best friend is hungarian..I am trying to help her locate relatives from Budapest/Hungary..Also she is trying to help me learn the hungarian language..Any assistance in either case would be greatly appreciated..Thank You

Yes..I did look up the orgovan name in the phone book..over 400 listed..we're starting from pratically no other info..except for her mother and father's name..she said that her mother and father never talked about any brothers or sister's or even her grandparents..Thank you for the help..

What sort of documentation your friend has that suggests the city of Budapest? I am a bit unclear about that.

Hi there,my surname is Orgovan as well.My family is now in Canada.My father was the only sibling out of eight that came to Canada.As far as I know his family was from the town Szentendre,which is close enough to Budapest.
Where are you from? What other information would you like?
We have never encountered any other Orgovan's out West here.
