	cindy: Fulop Petschel I am looking for any information on the family of Fulop Petschel. He is my great grandfather and I would like to know about his life in Hungary before he and his family immigrated to the US. He and his wife Teres, and their 3 children, Fulop (my grandfather), Katalin, and Marget departed from Fiume on the Carpathia and arrived in the US on October 17, 1912. According to immigration records, they were headed to Kintnersville, PA where his brother, Henrik lived. The spelling of the names may not be correct. My grandfather changed the spelling of his name to Philip Petchel when he joined the US Army during World War 1. 	petchel: Re: Fulop Petschel Thanks for the information. My father Elwood Lawrence Petchel is the only surviving member of his immediate family of Fulop Petschel.
