| Barbara: looking for ancestors | | I am looking for information on the Popov family. Milica and Laza lived in Osvol Hungary in 1909. They had a son Milenko who was born in 1905 or 1906. They were my great grand parents and Laza came to America in 1908 and Milica nd Milenko came a year later in 1909. They were originally from Yugoslavia and moved to Hungary because there were no visas available in Yugoslavia. Laza could be Lazla or Lasar and I am told that he was in the army in Hungary. He was born on November 19 1881 or 1882. Milicia was born on May 23rd or 24th 1880. That's all I know. Can anyone help? |
