kb0900: Prodan Family

I am seeking any information on my great-great grandparents- Dionise (Denes/Dionisie) Prodan and Juliana Prodan from alsoucsa Fogaras Megye, Hungary. They came to america in the early 1900's . I think Juliana's mothers name was Eva Guezea/Gnezea/Cjuezea. I really need to find out what happened to the family any anything else I can come across- Please email if you know anything to help!

The village Alsoucsa is now Ucea de Jos in Brasov county.
Surname PRODAN does list in Brasov. www.whitepages.ro
In Ucea De Jos's phone book: CATANA, CEICA, CIONTEA, CIOPEI, CIORAN, COLCERIU, CORNEA, COSTEA, CUCU, COPACEANU, GHINDEA, GHIODA, GANEA, GAVRIL, PANDREA, PANCU, PAVALASC, PINTEA, POPA, POPESCU, etc. I did not list all of the surnames.
Juliana PRODAN left a father CSERCSA Miklos in Also ucsa. Information from her EI manifest. www.ellisislandrecords.org
