My grandmother was Margit Redvay--her father Janos/mother Ceranko Katalin. Interestingly, I have a photograph of her and her brother, Istvan (Pista) dated 1918 and while she spells her name as "Redvay" his name is spelled "Redvai". The remainder of the family resides in the former Somodi now Drienovec, Slovakia. Descendants of Margit, Istvan, and Janos live in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida.

Andras Redvai, b. Sept. 17, 1876 in Drienovec, SK, supposedly was the son of Paul Redvai and Elizabeth Bosi. He maried Anna Danko, b. Feb. 14, 1893 in Peder, SK, supposedly the dau. of Ferenc Danko and Annie Brovuosh. Please write if you know anything about these families.

Az én nagypapám is RÉDVAI nevezetú volt de sajnos nem ismerten, mert korán meghalt. Volt neki egy Margit nevezetú testvére aki amerikában élt. Nagypapámnak mamájának a lánykori neve szintén Ceranko Katalin volt és szintén Somodi származásuak voltak.
