Cindy Neilsen: Maria Schmidt - born 1860
I am searching for information on Maria Schmidt, born around 1860. She married Pal Andre on Jan 27, 1880 in Duna Adony, Fejer Megye. I believe she was born there as well, but can't be sure.
Any help is appreciated!

The old 1910 Hungarian megye map is at :
http://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/maps/1910 click on Fejer

The LDS-Mormons (Family History Center) have filmed the church records of several European countries so check out their website for films which you can order and gather ancestral information.

Do not overlook the Ellis Island manifests. There could be some good information.

The Hungarian phone site is at :

Junie3: Albert, Eva, Veronica Schmidt
I would like to find any information on my relatives that left Hungaria. Albert (born 1879 in Germany), my greatgrandfather left in 1902 with two brothers Emil and Herman. Eva (born 1882 in Hungary) left for America in 1913 with their daughter Veronica B. (born 1902). They have Ofutak, Hungary as their last residence in 1913. I would like to know more about my Greatgrandmother's family which would still be in the Hungarian/Serbian area, as Ofutak is now Futak, Serbia. I am very confused on how to get any more records on her. Where to go--Serbia or Hungary? any ideas would be very appreciated. I believe her maiden name was Latzgung--but I think I am spelling it wrong. It soulds like this though. Thank you for any kindness you can give.

www.genealogienetz.de/reg/ESE/dsinfo.htm
From what document is this Saros/Sharosh/Saros pe Tirnave, Romania?
