	Lajos: Genealogy Searching for Georgy Seprodi, father of Imre Seprodi who went to America in 1906. Believed to be a descendant of Seprodi Janos of Kibed Hungary, now Chibed or Kibedi Romania. 	zlatica: Re: Genealogy The Ellis Island website is showing a Gyorgy SEPRODI from Kibed, Hungary arriving in 1910, being 30 years old, going to a friend Samuel Peherfly (sp?) S.Wood Ave. 366, Columbus, OH. He left behind a wife Lidi Seprodi. There is also an Imre Seprodi arriving in 1906 from Kibed, going to acqu. Josa ? Fuavas ?(spelling?)366 Columbus, OH. The Social Security Death Index http://ssdi.rootsweb.com is not listing a George/Gyorgy with social security numbers. All of Seprodis that are in SSDI were living in the state of Indiana. Did you find the places they were going to at this place or other places? Looks like Imre's father came to the USA first. For first I would like to send out letters to all Seprodies posted in phone book of Romania. I would like to send them all the data we knew at this moment, and the family tree of your arm. If you agree with this idea, please send me more data about your parents and your family, who whom married, if they/you have children and all about their families. Where they/you live and so. As I wrote you before, we will try to get the available data very soon. On my trip to the Marosvasrhely's archive, I would like to visit Kibed also, but only if I will have some answers from at least one Seprodi of that area. I bought the stamps and I printed the self-addressed envelopes also. But as I wrote you this morning, I miss a page with your family arm, just to have a reference for same named families from here.
