There is a town Skalica in Slovak Republic that had a name Skalitz, Szkalotza, Szkalocsa. http://mapy.atlas.sk for location. 	Dasha: Re: Siebenschein My maiden name is Siebenschein. My father was Jacob and was killed right after the war and is buried in Prague along with other Siebenscheins. I had two aunts who came to the U.S. - Lili (married name Teichner in N.Y.) and Valli (married name Mann) - NY and then Detroit. Both are now deceased (died in the late 50's) The only living relatives that I know are Valli's daughter and son who are now also deceased. She does have grandchildren and great grandchildren and also another relative who they know but I do not. If you know more, please let me know.
