It's the same problem as with Temesvár, can't find the vital register location online in Romania. From Tirnova, later Tornó, Krassó-Szörény County, Resicza(bányai) District, Jews went to Temple in Lugos (now Lugoj), hopefully your reseach at LDS will answer some of the questions.
