	Debbie: Klara Szende/Szentye Searching for my grandmother Klara Szende / Szentye Born - 1886 July 24, 1886 in Josefstadt, Hungary Parents Peter Szende / Paul Szentye / Karl Szentye / Christina Bodri Traveled to America - 1911 Klara Szende, age 24 departed Hamburg on May 2, 1911 on the ship S.S. Prinz Adelbert. The ship arrived in Port of Philadelphia June 13, 1911. Temesvar, Josefstadt. Back home her father Peter Szende lived at 7 Kovose Gasse Josefstadt. Traveling with nephew Heinrich Kail age 4, joining cousin: Blasz Kail The picture is a family photo with Klara her husband Franz and 4 of the 6 children they had around 1924. 	Debbie: Re: Klara Szende/Szentye Gabriella, Thank you for your responding. Is it possible that our Szende family may be related? My grandmother Klara Szende come to America from Temesvar in 1911. Is there any family information or a family tree that you can share with me. I know very little about my grandmother. I know that when she came to America she traveled with her 6 year old nephew,Henry Bodre. In your reply you said I should search for the surname FRUMMER, because it was the original name for Szende. Would you be kind enough to give me some history why some one would have changed their name from Frummer to Szende. I am looking forward to your response.
