Anton /Sperl-Sziklai/ born 16 Jan 1840 Eisendorf 23, Bohemia son of Georg Sporl and Margaretha Kaiser.
According the decree of Governorate from 12th May 1899 number 75586 permissed the king's Hungarian ministry of interior in 19th Apr 1899 number 41216 to Anton Sporl the change of his surname to "SZIKLAI". Document in the archiev of parish from 27th May 1899 nubmer 73.

This is my great grandfather Johann's (1843) brother and I would like to find his descendants.

He was my grandfather's father.
He moved to Hungary in 1899, and changed his name to Sziklai.
A son born to him in 1902, who was called Antal (Anton) Sziklai, and he was my grandfather. He died in 1964.
(Since my grandfather's name was written incorrectly in a card, it changed the name to Sziklay.)
My grandfather had two children, Lola Sziklay (Budapest, 1927), and Tibor Sziklay (Budapest, 1931), my father.
My name is Peter Sziklay, and I was born in Budapest, 1958.
