It took a short search with Arcanum.hu, which is free until end of this month, but not much time left for registration, so I copied the relevant entries for you.

In short, the family name is/was Eördögh, the Pölöskei is the geographycal prename after the village and fort of Pölöske in Zala county:

Pölöskei Eördögh Simon 1625-ben a Dunántúli részek országos alkapitánya [2].
Lehoczky szerint Horvátországból eredt e család, nevét a Vragovich névből vette volna. E családból János és András birta Varasd megyében Marasocz-ot. Eördögh János 1458-ban Marasoczról irta előnevét [3].
De irta a család magát Wragoveczról is [4].
