The town of Tamasi's phone book is listing the surname TATAI. Possible some distant relatives. www.matav.hu/tudakozo Check Ellis Island website for the surname TATAI. 	Evelyn: Re: Tatei Hi Sandor I do not know very much about Julia Tatei other than she was married to Karoly Kocsandi and they had a son Karoly born October 29 1884. I also know that Julia was living in Tamasi in 1912. That is all I know about them. Karoly born in 1884 was my grandfather. I am sorry but I do know read, write or speak Hungarian.
