| Edward Baral: Vasko - Nyíregyháza | I am looking for information regarding the family Vasko who lived in a farming hamlet near Nyíregyháza during World War 2. They had a daughter Ilona (married name Nemes Tiborné) and another Erzebet. I belive that Erzebet emigrated to Canada in 1956. Ilona Nemes (born 1906) had 3 daughters Ilona Irén ( born on 27 October 1926), Nemes, Júlia (born on 11 April 1928) and Nemes, Anikó.
Ilona Nemes (nee VaskO0 was responsible for saving the lives of my family during those terrible years and I am keen to make contact with her family to ensure that her bravery and humanity are appropriately recognised.
