Elizabeth: ZDELAR
Hi,
My greatgrandmother's surname was ZDELAR. Her first name here in Uruguay was translated to Catalina (Spanish). That would be Katherine in English but I do not know the Hungarian version. She spoke Hungarian, but her passport said Yugoslavian. She came to South America between 1919-21. First to Brazil and then to Uruguay. A sister of hers stayed in Brazil with her husband and children.
My greatgrandmother was married to Esteban/Stephen Eiserle/Eisele/Eizeli (their children have different versions of the surname). The name of their children were:
Esteban/Stephen, Maria/Mary (my grandmother, and she said that her real name was something like Maritza), Francisco/Francis and Ana/Anne.
I'd be glad to interchange info with you.
