Hi

Do you know the name of a village that your ancestor came from? The LDS-Mormons (Family History Center) have filmed the church records so check out their website for the films which you can order and gather ancestral information.
BOJANOWSKI seems to be Polish surname and BECKER and BENTZ, German.
