Radai, János married Bodnar-Imre Erszebét, they had a one year old daughter Erszebét. I am not sure why it is spelled Bodnar-Imre Erszebét or if it is just Bodnar Erszebét. First can you explain the spelling , would that mean{Bodnar-Imre} 2 surnames. I have never had any explanation on this. I ask this second question would Imre be Erzsebets mothers surname? I don't know. But, I do know that, they were all from Rudabánya. They were born there. Please help. You will need to find another document to confirm her place of birth. I know that I have posted to your BODNAR query. Yes, no Niskves. Some manifest do have 2 sides so click on previoius and next. 	aserr: Re: Bodnar, Kovalcsik so i took your advice about looking closer at the ellis island reports. i tink i may have found a lead , possibly. i know its ot a fact till i can gather more information, but the names are familiar. in 1912 maria makranyi age 40 came over with her two daughters maria and zsofia ages 9 and 3 from Tizsza Poljar Hungary to be with her husband John makranyi in ohio (meriark ar nework, very hard to read)also a note that seemed to read "brother baby john" not sure what that is about. i am almost certain that my grandfathr had an uncle john, this being the brother of steve makranyi my greatgrandfather, husband of julia buhos. ill have to talk to family about this one. also i found in 1906 Jano Makranyi and his brother Andras thier sisterMargrit her sons Mihaly and Laszlo all traveling to see Margrits husband Georg Kovacs. this name Kovacs rings in memory of family also. thanks for getting me started on these leads. it seems that inorder to find marriage records online you must pay a fee. do youknow of any totally free sites to find marriage and death records?		2009/03/15, 08:45:04 #: 200903869 válasz erreszerkesztés moderálandó? profil
