He emigrated to NYC in 1888, and lived in PA for a few years before moving to NYC. My great-grandmother, Fani Brueder (her father was a butcher, joined him in 1893. They had 10 children, one named Anna, that died as an infant in NYC around 1900. I am hoping to find any information about Samuel and Fani. My grandfather, Rudolf, told me they came from Budapest, but other cities/towns were mentioned in immigration documents...Doleswa, Solesvia, Debrecen. |
