| cgrailach: Grailach | | Thank you for your answer about Grailach family. I would like to explain some facts I know about my ancestors. I belive our surname was Greilach and my ancestors came in 1784/5 in Kischker where was born my gggfather Heinrich (I supose about 1830-1840). He had son Christian (my ggfather b.1862 in Kischker) who wrote our surname as GRAILACH maried with Christina Filipsz. They had 4 children: Johan (my gfather, b.1887. in Ilancsa), Juliana, Helene and Eduard. My father was Josef b. 1913. Boka/Banat. I am Christian Grailach b. 1941. in Wien. I would like to know who was before my gggfather Heinrich and the name of his wife. I supose he was also born in Kischker. His father I supose came in Batschka from Hefersweiler or Desloch (as Greilach!!). This surname later was writen as Grailach, Greilich, Kreilach. On gravestone of my gfather brother Eduard in Boka write GREILA Eduard. |
