	kissmuci: Re: Kaszas Thank you for your information. I did find an Ildiko Kaszas in the phone listings in Budapest, and I was so happy. But it was the wrong person, after I called the number listed. When I called I thought what luck, only to find out it was the wrong person. 	Marie Kaszas: Gyula & Julia Kaszas Hi My husband's grandfather immigrated to Canada in 1924 from Hungary. He was born in Herczag,Falva Hungary April 9 1883.He came to St.Brieux Saskathewan Canada.His wife Julia born December 23 1888 Sarosi Hungary, immigrated in 1925 to St.Brieux with her children ,Janos age 17, Mary age 8, Istvan age 8 months old.The children were all born in Hercegfalva Hungary. Does anyone know how I can get any information on the family from Hungary? Gyula was in the war there.Any help would be appreciated. 	Marie Kaszas: Kaszas Family Hi Janos Kaszas married to Terezia Vasko is my fatherinlaws family.Their son Pal Kaszas(born 1846 in Hercegfalva-Kisvenyim)married Terezia Kurja and they had 3 children.Then he married Katalin Pamer and they had 7 children.Gyula Kaszas was born to Pal and Katlin.Gyula was my fatherinlaws father.Gyula was also born in Hercegfalva in 1883.Gyula married Julia Horvath from Baracs Hungary.They had 3 children in Hungary. He immigrated to Canada in 1924 and his wife and children came in 1925.They had 4 more children in Canada. This appears to be a very large family.How does your family fit into this family?I am very interested in hearing from you.
