| David S. Solar: Re: genealogy | Dear Ilona, Thank you for the family information and corrections. I was not aware of Nicolaus and Marina Laris, I will add them to my genealogy. I have done most of my research on microfilm from the Romisch-Katholisches Pfarramt at Bajot and Archidiozese Estergom. Although I cannot read Hungarian I can read the names and dates pretty well. I do appreciate any corrects that you may see in my translations. My Grandmother Elizabeth Rezsynak Solar's older brother Fulop Rezsnyak lived in Holland and married there and had two children. He was forced to go back to Hungary during WWI and serve in the army and was killed in 1916 or 1917. His wife stayed in Holland and raised two children Maria who passed away in 1996 and Phillip who died in 1962 neither had children.
I was not aware that Ottitia was the name of Gyorgy's wife and not Etelka but I will correct that in my family tree.
Maria Laris born Jan. 24, 1868 in Moyoros, Hungary married Mihaly Rezsnyak born Oct. 28, 1865 in Moygoros, Hungary on Nov. 22, 1887. Maria died on Apr. 26, 1906 and is buried in Tokod, Hungary and Mihaly died on May 13, 1907 in Horst, Germany and I assume was buried there.
Ottilia Langovics I have found was born on Apr. 11, 1827 in Mogyoros, Hungary and was married on Nov. 10, 1851 to Gyory Laris and she died on June 30, 1896 in Mogyros, Hungary.
Her father may have been Emericus Langovics of which I have no birth or death record of at this time and his father may have been Gyorgy Langovics born in 1764 and died on Apr. 4, 1837 in Mogyros, Hungary. I am trying to find out more on these last two people to see if they are our relatives. If you can add anything to what I have or correct anything else please do so. thank you for your help, Cousin David.
