Your welcome.
There were 6 Lengvarszki/ Lengvarszky that passed thru Ellis Island to America.
14 Lengvarsky list in Social Security Death Index.

In Slovak, the name ending with SKY means that the name originates from a village/town by that name.
There is/was a village named Lengvart in the Szepes megye and now called Dlhe Straze, Slovak Republic. Have no idea what the name might mean.
The old 1910 Hungarian megye map is at :

It is all in pronounciation or each country's grammar. Lengvarsky in Slovak and Lengvarszky in Magyar grammar (I think).
Thanks again, great info! It may be
that Dlhe Straza is a translation of
Lengvart. I found dlho/dlhy->long,
straza->guard,watch (slovak->english)
and lang->long,wartet->wait (german->english).

Which one of the LENGVARSKY that passed thru Ellis Island is your ancestor?
You need to locate a name of a town in order to proceed with the research.
The LDS-Mormons (Family History Center) have filmed the church records of SK so you can order the films and gather ancestral information.In 1993 the former Czechoslovakia separated into Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.

Hi Lengvarsky, The extra 'z' in my name
is due to the Hungarian spelling. Could
we be distant relatives? We also don't know
much about relatives, in fact, we thought we
were the only living 'Lengvarszky's.
