My name is Sue Smith and I live in Australia born of Hungarian parents I came to Australia in 1950. I will be visiting Koszeg in June 2008 with my sister, we visited in 2004. My father was born and grew up in Koszeg, his father was in business and I think well known in the area.
There is a family plot in the local cemetery in Temeto Utca (we couldn't find it). My father was a "Notar" (Notary Public in Australia); when my parents married in 1944 they lived in Kajszar Utca - does anyone know of this street, it could have been renamed as we couldn't find this as well.
Is there anyone in the Koszeg area by the name of "Matits", would love to hear from you.
