	Maria Mikolics: Mikolics am from Australia and interested to know whether anyone else is researching the Mikolics name. My father Jozsef's parents were Gyorgy & Maria (nee Nyul Toth), his grandparents Gyorgy & Veronica (nee Karner) and they were from Csatka. I believe my great grandfather Gyorgy had two brothers, one who immigrated to US (unfortunately we do not have information on first name) and the other (Paul I think) who immigrated to Australia (I cannot find any record of this). It was wonderful to hear from someone from my father's home town and so exciting to receive the information on my great grandmother Veronica KARNER. I did not have a birth date for her and did not know the name of her father. I have been told that Veronica and György had 7 children - Imre (died not long after being born), Imre, György (my grandfather), Miklos, Mária, Regina and Ferenc. The only one I have any information about, apart from my grandfather, is Regina and her descendants. I would be interested to know where you found the information you provided and whether the records are available for me to obtain. This may help me find out more about Veronica and György's parents and other children. Do you or your family happen to know the Mikolics family? I was interested to see in the Hungarian phone book that there was person listed as living in Csatka with exactly the same name as my father. As I live in Australia, the help you have given is most certainly appreciated. Do you think I would be able to obtain copies of the certificates from the mayoral office? Would you recommend that I write to them? Your advice on what I should do would be appreciated. Both my father and I would be very excited to have copies of the actual certificates, particularly for his parents and grandparents - and even for my father because he has lost his. I hope you don't mind so many questions. It is just so wonderful to have someone to ask...
