| Miovac: Family History | I am looking for any info on John/Johann Miovac and or family. They came to the states in the mid 1800's from the Hungry/Romania/Austria area.
Any info anyone can add would be very helpful.

| Cyndi: Miovac | | I am looking for anyone with information on the Miovac family. My great-grandparents came here from Austria in the early 1900s and my grandfather was born in 1912 as Matthew Miovac but lost his parents at an early age and was raised in an orphanage and his last name was changed to MIOVAS ( c was dropped and s added ). Can anyone help me trace my family's origins? |

| dayton: Re: Miovac | I have some info regarding the Miovac family. I have been able to track down some of my family and we are working on it. My Grand Father was Johan Miovac and he had a brother Matthew. Not sure if it would be the same there were several other siblings. Feel free check out my family tree at ancestory.com.
