What you have in ORAVESIK might just be a transcribing error and it should be ORAVCSIK (ORAVC^IK in Slovak). A female OROVC^IKOVA shows up in Podolinec's phone book. There is a surname ORAVC^IK but none in area code 052 (Podolinec).
Have you posted on Ancestry or Genforum?
