	Oszlánszki József: Re: looking to see who are the relatives Hello Peter Nevem Oszlanszky Jozsef, Vajdaságban lakom, Ürményházán. Az egyedüli család aki viseli Oszlánszky vezetéknevet, ezért a testvéremmel elkezdtük keresni az adatokat a családfához. A családfa idáig visszamenöleg 1763-ig lett meg, Anrdew Oslanski segitségével, aki Canadaban lakik. 1900-ban költöztek ki és most találtunk egymásra amikor elkezdtem a családfát csinálni. Ő a hatodik generácio Oslánski Mártontól aki 1763-ban (én pedig a hetedik)születet Ürményházán. Egyes informáciok szerint észak Lengyelországból, Magyarországon és Erdélyen keresztül jöttek Vajdaságba. Ezért érdekel, meglehet hogy van is rokoni kapcsolat Őn és az Oszlánszky család Vajdaságból között. Your name has a northen slavic origin (Cheh, Slovak or Polish)but with a hungarian spelling. (You name would be spelled in Polish as Oslanski, in Slovak as Oslansky... Your closer relative should You find in Hungary, further ancetors in Poland or Slovak. Have a good luck! 	bunnie17479: Re: same name?? Hi there, I went to the website that you had given me. There are alot of people that have the same last name, a lot of them are from Hungary. The spelling is a little different with a few, but my grandfather was in Hungary a few years ago and did happen to find out that our last name was originally spelled with a 'z'. Are you of any relation? I was just wondering how you knew of all of these spellings. Are you in USA? As I am in Canada. Thank you for the website, it was helpfull and my dad found it very interesting. We are going to look into it more. Andrew Oslanski is my great grandfather, as my last name is Oslanski as well, he did come to Canada. I'm not too of the date. If this is the same Andrew Oslanski that you are referring to, I would really appreciate it if I could get some more information. Maybe you are of some realtion to me...not too sure? We have moved to Australia in 1996 and there are a few of us here and there is a few still in Neuzina. I noticed this forum a while back but wasn't sure if we were linked but speaking to a few relatives back home we confirmed that Mihalj was our relative.
