First, there was couple name changes in 1935:

At Place Search, type in "felsoszilvagy" or "alsoszilvagy", they're both ending up at Felsöszilvágy, where the church was located. Get the film numbers and call your nearest LDS/FHLC.
The Civil registry district was in the nearby Acsád, so at Place Search type in "acsad", than choose "Hungary, Vas, Acsád" from the list, than proceed as above.
