	mdpilter: Pilter have only been on internet for 6 months. Decided to try family name, Pilter. I am originally from Newcastle upon Tyne. Believe my father traced our family line back to 1700`s or so. Not many with same name in this country. Perhaps 10 or 12. Fascinated to know, or hope, that there may be a connection in your country. I'm living in Budapest but my family(my mother Jolán, father János and my sister Edina living in Halimba, a small village in the heart of the bakony, near the lake Balaton). I'd like to trace back our familytree. There are three two different Pilter family in Hungary. I hope we are relatives. But unfortunately I have no enough time... How about your family?
