	Bruce Sisko: Siska I am seeking information about the family of Miklos Siska,b.1867,who emigrated to the US in 1893 with his brother Istvan,b.1854. Their parents were Janos Siska-Pestu (or Siska-Petru)b.1824 and Marie Csubak b.1825, and lived in house #59 according to the 1869 census. Other siblings were Josef b.1856, Fani b.1857, Maria b.1859, and Mihaly, b.1861. Miklos' wife, Marie Horvath-Siska, returned to Damoc in 1904 and gave birth to Bertalan Siska in August of 1904. Miklos returned to Damoc in 1908-09 with Bertalan and then came back to the US. Mihaly Siska is mentioned as nearest relative in Damoc in 1909 and apparently never emigrated. 	MBV: Siska in Sopron I am searching Miklos Siska's family. He was born in Gerce, Vas Co. His wife was Katalin Schlapsi (born 1879, Rőtfalva, Vas Co., now Rattersdorf, Austria). Her state marriage application, church marriage record should also contain her mother's name.
