	grizzly Hi Milan, My surname is Sykorsky as well (and I thought my family was the only one to use that spelling). Both parents are from Slovakia and I was born and raised in Canada. I have been to the Czech Republic and Slovakia several times and I speak a bit of slovak. Is your family originally from Ostrava? 	Milan: Re Hello grizzly (Milica)! My family (parents) is originally from Ostrava, but my grandfather becomes from Poland(?) Do You speak some Slovak? I thought too my family was the only one to use that spelling. It´s fine that it´s not true.
