In the early 1950's Melinda Stersky,Frau Koneffke Walter,
was a Professor Of Music,and internationally renown violinist,she was persecuted by the East German communist for supporting decicated young musicians.She had to leave East Germany and li ved out the rest of her years as a private violin teacher in West Germany.More can be found out about her faith from Csaba Stersky,Dipl.Ing. in Bellinzona,Switzerland.
Adrienne Szterszky(Stersky),accomplished musicologue,Professor of Music at the University of Debrecen,Hungary,now retired and living in Budapest.
