(This time I'm going to beat the champion of answers on this forum, Zlatica.)
The place must be Kis Szeben (or Kisszeben) of Komitat (County) Saros (Saris is its current spelling). So, it was part of old Hungary's Saros County.
The place is in NE Slovakia now and goes by the name of Sabinov.
